ABOUT LIFTED MOVEMENTS

Lifted Movements caters to personal training and group classes.

I opened Lifted Movements because I wanted to create an inviting space where everyone could feel comfortable. I know when I first started working out, the gym was a pretty intimidating environment to be in. My goal is to make this gym your home away from home. 

Why choose Lifted Movements? The objective at my gym isn't just weight loss, weight gain and muscle gain. It is also to optimize your ligaments and joints and improve your balance, agility, and movements so your body can function easier outside the gym.

Hello! My name is Lena Ma, and my vision is to

help people discover their love for fitness and make fitness fun! I graduated with a degree in Business Marketing but ultimately decided that fitness was my passion. I have been training since 2013. When I’m not at Lifted Movements, you can find me hanging out with Porkchop, my 3-year-old Bull Terrier, and traveling to new countries to explore.

The main reason I do this is to see the smile on

a client's face when they see results happening. When you succeed, I succeed! I truly love what I

do and the connections I make with each person.

I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
